Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days for an order to be packaged and shipped from the time of order. All packages are tracked and will take an estimate 3-5 business days to deliver. International orders are NOT accepted on this site. Canada being the sole exception. Other countries must shop via the Etsy Shop linked here: ------- Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that all products will be available for international purchase.
Please also note that I will not be held responsible for packages delayed or lost on the carrier's behalf.
If there is a change of address, so long as the package has not been shipped, I will update accordingly so long as I'm notified with due time. Please inform me of address changes as soon as possible to avoid delivery issues!
Customs & Import Taxes
By purchasing from my store you agree to bare all customs and import taxes that may apply to your order upon arrival. Delays due to customs inspections may occur which are out of my control, in these cases, I will not be held responsible for your package's outcome. Please keep track of your package accordingly.
Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges
Orders placed and purchased will not be returned or refunded. The sole exception is if an error was made on my part, to which I will do my best to correct.
I reserve the right to cancel any and all orders at my own discretion without clarification. All cancelled orders will be fully refunded and no items will be shipped.
